It seems she was a remarkable woman who got out of bed every single day, put her feet on the floor, and did what she had to do. Her story gives me hope that we can find a way to move forward by offering our hands to one another.
That was my intent. Funny (well, maybe not funny ha ha) how deep disappointment led me to reach for solace of a deeper kind. Thankfully Lettie (and Mary Alice, Katherine, Adele, Eleanor and Anzul were available today ;-)
