New Here? Begin here..

This podcast features a 1978 interview with our grandmother Lettie.

Lettie Thompson, then 82-years-of-age, was an interview subject full of fun and the keeper of a poignant family history. 42 years after the original taping, I’m even more respectful of, and grateful for her grace and her grit.

Heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the Iowa Writers Collaborative and to John Andelson at Grinnell College who first challenged me to consider writing about My Integrated Life. This episode is dedicated to my Granddaughters Selah and Cadence Brown. Both promising young writers.
