Dartanyan is a proud inductee to the Iowa Blues and Rock ‘n Roll Halls Of Fame. His father, the late Ellsworth Brown and Dartanyan are both inductees of the Iowa Jazz Hall of Fame. Creatively, he collaborates with his son Jaimeo R. Brown, composer and educator at The Branson school, Ross, CA.
